tapje.la Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 13 July 2026

These Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions govern participation in the tapje.la Affiliate Programme operated by Stopanik Sdn Bhd [1250881-P], referred to in these Terms as “Stopanik”, “tapje.la”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

By submitting an affiliate application, activating an affiliate account, using an affiliate referral link or promoting our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before joining the programme.

1. Affiliate Programme

The tapje.la Affiliate Programme allows approved individuals or businesses to promote eligible tapje.la products and services using a unique affiliate referral link, coupon code or other tracking method provided by us.

Subject to these Terms, an approved affiliate may earn a commission when an eligible customer completes a qualifying purchase through the affiliate’s valid referral.

Participation in the programme does not guarantee any sales, earnings, commissions or financial results.

2. Eligibility

To apply for the programme, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.

  2. Provide complete, accurate and current registration information.

  3. Maintain an active email address and payment account.

  4. Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  5. Operate a legitimate website, social media account, community, business or promotional channel.

  6. Comply with Malaysian laws and the rules of the platforms used for promotion.

Businesses applying for the programme must be properly authorised to participate through their representative.

We may approve or reject any application at our discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

3. Affiliate Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your affiliate login details.

You must immediately inform us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not:

4. Independent Relationship

You participate in the programme as an independent affiliate.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency or representative relationship between you and Stopanik Sdn Bhd.

You have no authority to:

You are responsible for your own operating costs, equipment, internet connection, advertising expenses, taxes, registrations and legal obligations.

Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link, coupon code or other approved tracking method.

The standard referral-cookie duration is 30 days, unless a different duration is shown in the affiliate dashboard or programme announcement.

A referral will only be recorded when the customer’s visit and purchase are successfully detected by our affiliate tracking system.

Tracking may be affected when a customer:

We do not guarantee that every visit or sale will be successfully tracked.

Affiliates must use the referral links and promotional tools exactly as provided. Manual commission attribution is not guaranteed where no valid referral record exists.

Our SliceWP, WooCommerce, payment-gateway and internal order records will be used to determine referral attribution, subject to correction where there is a clear technical or administrative error.

6. Eligible Commissions

The standard commission rate is 20% of the Eligible Net Sale unless another rate is displayed in the affiliate dashboard or communicated in writing.

An “Eligible Net Sale” means the actual product or service amount received by us after deducting, where applicable:

Different products, campaigns or affiliate groups may have different commission rates.

The commission shown in the affiliate dashboard may initially appear as pending. A pending commission is not yet approved or payable.

7. Commission Validation

Commissions are subject to a validation period of Validation Period,30 days after the order is marked completed.

During validation, we may verify:

We may approve, reject, cancel or reverse a commission where reasonably necessary.

8. Invalid and Non-Commissionable Transactions

Commission will not be payable for:

  1. Cancelled, refunded, returned or charged-back orders.

  2. Failed, incomplete or unpaid transactions.

  3. Fraudulent, duplicated or suspicious orders.

  4. Orders generated using stolen payment information.

  5. Self-referrals or purchases made by the affiliate for personal use.

  6. Purchases made using another person’s identity to generate commission for the affiliate.

  7. Transactions between accounts controlled by the same person or organisation.

  8. Orders created solely to earn commission.

  9. Test orders.

  10. Orders that violate our product, payment or website terms.

  11. Purchases generated through prohibited promotional methods.

  12. Sales that cannot be verified through our tracking records.

  13. Wholesale, corporate or specially negotiated orders unless we approve them in writing.

  14. Orders placed before the affiliate referral was recorded.

  15. Transactions where the customer requests that the affiliate association be removed.

Affiliates may purchase products as normal customers, but they may not earn commission from their own purchases unless we expressly approve a specific campaign allowing it.

9. Commission Payments

Approved commission payments will be processed according to the following schedule:

If the approved balance does not reach the minimum payout amount, it will be carried forward to the next payment cycle.

The affiliate must provide accurate payment information. We are not responsible for payment delays or losses caused by incorrect bank details, inactive accounts, recipient restrictions or information supplied by the affiliate.

Any transfer charges, foreign-exchange charges or intermediary-bank fees may be deducted from the payment where applicable.

We may delay a payment while investigating suspected fraud, policy violations, refund requests, payment disputes or inaccurate account information.

10. Taxes and Financial Reporting

Affiliates are responsible for declaring their affiliate income and complying with all applicable tax, accounting, registration and reporting obligations.

Stopanik Sdn Bhd does not provide personal tax advice to affiliates.

Where required by law, we may request invoices, identification documents, tax information or other supporting records before releasing payment.

11. Mandatory Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with tapje.la whenever they promote our products using an affiliate link or expect to receive a commission.

Malaysia’s Content Code 2022 states that paid endorsements and other commercial arrangements should be clearly identified. The disclosure should be placed with the promotional content, use understandable wording, appear in the same language as the endorsement, be included within videos and be repeated periodically during live streams.

The disclosure must be noticeable and understandable. Affiliates must not hide the disclosure among hashtags, place it only at the end of a long caption or use unclear abbreviations.

Terms such as “collab”, “sp”, “spon”, “thanks” or “ambassador” should not be used as the only disclosure because they may not clearly communicate that the affiliate may receive payment.

12. Accurate Product Information

Affiliates must provide accurate, current and verifiable information about our products.

Affiliates must refer customers to the official tapje.la website for current information regarding:

Affiliates must immediately update or remove outdated information after being informed of a change.

Affiliates must not make false or unsupported claims, including claims that:

Affiliates may share genuine personal experiences, but opinions must not be presented as verified technical facts.

13. Touch ’n Go and Third-Party Brand Representation

“Touch ’n Go”, “TNG”, “Touch ’n Go eWallet” and associated logos, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, affiliates must not state or imply that:

Affiliates must not use any Touch ’n Go, bank, Visa, Mastercard, payment-network or third-party logo without the necessary permission.

Affiliates must follow the product description and disclaimer published on the relevant tapje.la product page.

Misrepresentation of an official relationship is considered a serious breach and may result in immediate termination and cancellation of unpaid commissions connected with the breach.

14. Brand and Intellectual Property

We grant approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use promotional materials provided by us solely for participation in the affiliate programme.

Affiliates may not:

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Stopanik Sdn Bhd or the relevant rights owner.

Permission to use our promotional materials ends immediately when the affiliate account is suspended or terminated.

15. Permitted Promotion

Subject to these Terms, affiliates may promote eligible products through:

16. Prohibited Promotional Activities

Affiliates must not engage in:

  1. Spam, unsolicited bulk email or unsolicited messaging.

  2. Misleading, deceptive or exaggerated advertising.

  3. Fake testimonials, reviews, comments or customer conversations.

  4. Impersonation of tapje.la, Stopanik Sdn Bhd or our staff.

  5. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks or hidden redirects.

  6. Malware, browser extensions, adware or malicious scripts.

  7. False scarcity, false countdown timers or fabricated sales numbers.

  8. Trademark infringement.

  9. Promotion through illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene or fraudulent content.

  10. Advertising through websites involved in piracy, scams or unlawful activities.

  11. Offering unauthorised cashback, rebates, gifts or incentives.

  12. Publishing confidential affiliate commission rates or internal information.

  13. Creating fake customer accounts.

  14. Manipulating search results using misleading domains, pages or metadata.

  15. Posting affiliate links in communities where advertising is prohibited.

  16. Replacing another affiliate’s link or coupon.

  17. Encouraging customers to cancel and reorder solely to change affiliate attribution.

  18. Making claims that could expose customers to financial, security, health or legal risks.

  19. Collecting customer passwords, bank-card information, eWallet credentials or account login details.

  20. Representing affiliate commission as a discount unless an actual approved customer discount applies.

We may require an affiliate to remove or correct any promotional material that does not comply with these Terms.

17. Paid Advertising and Search Marketing

Affiliates must obtain written approval before running paid advertising using our brand or product names.

Without written approval, affiliates may not bid on or purchase advertising keywords containing:

Affiliates may not direct paid advertisements straight to our website using their affiliate link unless we approve the campaign.

18. Coupon and Discount Promotion

Affiliates may only promote discount codes or vouchers that:

19. Customer Communication

Affiliates must communicate professionally and respectfully.

Customer-support matters should be referred to our official support channel.

20. Personal Data and Privacy

We may collect and process affiliate information including names, identification details, contact information, website or social media information, payment details, referral activity and commission records for purposes such as:

Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions and protects the interests of data subjects.

Affiliate personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Affiliates must also protect any customer information received in connection with the programme. Customer information must not be sold, shared, uploaded to another system or used for unrelated marketing without the appropriate permission.

21. Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive non-public information relating to:

This obligation continues after the affiliate relationship ends.

22. Affiliate Content

Affiliates remain responsible for content they create.

By tagging us, submitting promotional content to us or allowing us to repost affiliate content, the affiliate grants Stopanik Sdn Bhd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, repost and share that content for promotional and programme-related purposes.

We will not intentionally alter the meaning of a testimonial or review.

The affiliate confirms that any submitted content:

23. Monitoring and Compliance

We may monitor affiliate links, websites, social media posts, advertisements and promotional methods to verify compliance.

We may ask an affiliate to provide:

Failure to cooperate may result in delayed payment, suspension or termination.

24. Suspension and Termination

Either party may end participation in the programme at any time by giving written notice.

We may immediately suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the affiliate has:

When an account is terminated:

  1. The affiliate must stop using all affiliate links and promotional materials.

  2. Permission to use our brand assets ends immediately.

  3. Pending commissions may be reviewed.

  4. Valid approved commissions may be paid according to the normal schedule.

  5. Commissions connected to fraud, prohibited conduct or a material breach may be rejected or cancelled.

  6. The affiliate must remove content that falsely suggests an ongoing relationship.

Termination does not remove obligations relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, payment investigations or dispute resolution.

25. Changes to the Programme

We may change:

Continued participation after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where an affiliate does not agree with a change, the affiliate may stop participating and request account closure.

26. Programme Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the affiliate programme at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

27. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stopanik Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme, including loss of anticipated income, opportunity, traffic, data, reputation or profit.

Our total liability arising from the affiliate programme will not exceed the total approved and unpaid commission properly due to the affiliate at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Indemnity

The affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Stopanik Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees and representatives harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties and reasonable costs resulting from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless another dispute-resolution method is agreed in writing.

Affiliates are responsible for keeping their contact information updated.

31. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.

The affiliate may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without our written approval.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, website terms and applicable campaign conditions, form the agreement governing participation in the affiliate programme.

32. Electronic Acceptance

By selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting an affiliate application, the applicant confirms that:

  1. They have read and understood these Terms.

  2. They agree to comply with these Terms.

  3. The information submitted is accurate.

  4. They are legally permitted to participate.

  5. They understand that commissions are payable only for validated eligible transactions.

  6. They understand that violation of these Terms may result in commission cancellation, suspension or termination.
